Laser cutting equipment has high requirements on the power supply stability of the power supply system. For example, the laser cutting equipment of Japan SNK Company is equipped with FANUC's CNC system. The requirements for the power supply are: three-phase AC 380 V±10%, 50 Hz± 1%, and most of the laser cutting equipment is designed with over/under voltage protection. Once the grid voltage is out of tolerance, the machine will automatically alarm and be protected. The allowable deviation of power supply voltage in China's power grid is ±10%, but in practice it often exceeds this standard, especially during peak hours of power consumption, such as one hour before and after work or during work, and often at night, even exceeding ±20. %. The machine is alarmed and cannot work properly, and damages the machine's power system. It even leads to the loss of relevant parameter data. This phenomenon has occurred in both laser cutting equipment and machine tools such as CNC machining centers or turning centers, and the frequency of occurrence is high, which should be taken seriously.
 
The special voltage regulator for laser cutting equipment is designed by our factory independently, combined with China's national conditions, to stabilize AC power. When the external power supply or load change causes voltage fluctuations, the stable voltage is automatically output.
