1. Avoid violent vibration, prevent corrosive gas and liquid from flowing in, prevent it from being irrigated and placed in a ventilated and dry place, and do not cover the fabric to hinder ventilation and heat dissipation.
 
2. Please use the three-plug (with grounding) socket. The grounding screw on the machine should be properly grounded. Otherwise, the measuring case will have charging phenomenon. This is caused by the distributed capacitance induction. It is a normal phenomenon and can be passed through the grounding wire. eliminate. If the casing is seriously leaky, the insulation resistance is less than 2MΩ. It may be that the insulation has been wet or the circuit is short-circuited with the casing. You should find out the cause and then use it.
 
3. 0.5 ~ 1.5KVA low power regulator uses fuse for overcurrent short circuit protection, 2 ~ 40KVA regulator acts DZ47 circuit breaker for overcurrent and short circuit protection, such as fuse often blows or circuit breaker often trips, You should check if the power is too large.
 
4. When the output voltage exceeds the protection value (the phase voltage protection value is adjusted to 250V±5V at the factory), the regulated power supply automatically protects the output voltage of the regulated power supply, and the overvoltage indicator lights up. The user should immediately shut down to check the grid voltage or Voltage regulation. If the regulator is automatically powered off (with input and no output), check if the mains voltage is higher than 28OV. If it is lower than 280V, check if the regulator is faulty. Use it after you have found the cause.
 
5. If the output voltage of the regulator deviates from 220V, please adjust the potentiometer on the control board until the output voltage is normal (the input voltage cannot reach the regulation range and cannot be adjusted).
 
6. When the mains voltage is often at the lower limit of the regulator input voltage (<150V) or the upper limit (>260V), the limit micro switch is often touched, which is prone to control failure. At this time, the regulator cannot be adjusted or can only be turned up (or can only be turned down). Check the micro switch for damage first.
 
7. Please keep the inside of the machine clean, dust will hinder the rotation of the gear and affect the accuracy of the output voltage. Please clean and maintain the coil contact surface cleaning in time. When the carbon brush is severely worn, the pressure should be adjusted to avoid the flashing of the carbon brush and the coil contact surface. Replace the carbon brush when it is less than 2mm in length. When the coil plane is fired, it is polished with fine sandpaper.
 
8. The input of the three-phase voltage regulator must be connected to the neutral line (the neutral line). Otherwise, the regulator cannot work under normal load and will damage the regulator and the power equipment. Do not use the ground wire instead of the neutral wire (but the ground wire can be connected in parallel), the neutral wire must not be connected to the fuse.
 
9. When the regulator output voltage is lower than the rated voltage (220V or three-phase 380V), check if the input voltage is too low. When the rated voltage is reached at no load and the output is lower than the rated voltage when the load is applied, the input line is too small, or the load end exceeds the rated capacity range of the regulator. The line voltage drop is too large when the load is used, and the input voltage is lower than the input voltage. The regulator adjusts the lower limit of the range. In this case, replace the thicker input lead or increase the product capacity.
 
10, when the single load power is large (such as air conditioning, etc.), and the input line is long, the load surface is insufficient, the voltage is seriously reduced when the load is working, the load may be difficult to start; when the load is working, it is temporarily stopped, which is easy to occur. The output is over-voltage and power-off. If such a phenomenon occurs, it is not a regulator failure. The input line should be improved (the line is thickened and the input line length should be shortened as much as possible to reduce the voltage drop in the line).
 
11. When the output voltage of the regulator is seriously deviated from 220V, check whether the 1 input voltage is within the voltage regulation range; 2 whether the motor gear is seriously worn and the rotation is flexible; 3 Whether the limit switch is damaged: 4 Whether the coil plane is smooth; 5 Whether the control board is damaged or not
